The break is gone. Just like the sun or Donald Trump, I always come back. And finally, after a refreshing break, I'm back with more ideas, which may be good or bad, depending on your hatred of me (I'm pretty hate-able).
Let's get this train rolling with my duo of Sunday strips that I released today, even though it's Wednesday. But make sure you read them together, because they have one subtle detail that makes everything click. In fact, take a few hours to simply marvel at the story that's been woven into these two strips.

I'm kidding. There's no way I would have enough foresight to connect multiple strips. See, this is that hate-able thing I mentioned earlier. All jokes aside though, I'm pretty happy with these strips. I especially enjoy drawing the throwaway panels on top as a fun little break from the 8.5 by 11 inch grind. And you can tell I'm a cartoonist because I intentionally messed up the E in my last name. Truly, I've made it.
I've been ruffling through my old strips, and I've realized that most of my strips that take place during the Christmas season were released during the summer. I kind of like the idea that during summer I'm putting out strips where insane homeowners pour vipers on carolers. It also means that in December, while everyone else is drawing sappy Christmas cartoons, I'm doing strips about caffeinated water buffalo.
Alright, let's get to looking at some comics from today and other days that were before today:

These are the best feet I've ever drawn. I actually taped this one to my desk for a few weeks. And please don't go and send me all of your amazing foot drawings. Let me have this.

I don't think we're in Kansas anymore.

Aww, he has a passion though!
Let's leave this post on that heartwarming note. Next time, I'll have a docuseries on this man's passion for sign-holding. But before I go, there's one subtle detail that makes everything click. Take a few days to look for it...
