Anatomy of a Nerd

Before I begin, I'd like to challenge anyone reading this to make a nerdy version of Davinci's Vitruvian Man. If anybody actually does this, please send it to me at punderstruckcomics@gmail.com. If anyone sends me such a thing, I will single-handedly petition the French government to put it in the louvre (who needs the Mona Lisa when you have "Anatomy of The Common Nerdlet?").
Okay, now we can start. Welcome to today's blog post, where I'll review some new comics and reveal some exciting developments. Let's begin with my most recent Sunday Strip:

I hope this strip taught you all the importance of sign timing when giant spiders are involved. If you're wondering, I actually made this one 3 months ago, which is why the art is slightly different, and why this strip has my old signature. Speaking of, I have no idea when or why I changed my signature, but I did. I think part of it was that the signature featured here took up way too much of the strip, and interfered with the joke (I know I could've just made it smaller, but you should know by now that I'm much too lazy to do that).
While I'm on the subject of updating things, I wanted to announce that starting either this or next week, my Sunday Strips will have a throwaway panel, which is just a short panel on top of the strip. Normally, the throwaway has the comic strip's title and sometimes a little image that relates to that specific gag (You'll understand it more once I start using it).
Okay, let's move away from the bad explanations and on to some bad commentary:

I do believe the defending lawyer skipped leg day this week.

Weird Cartoonist Legend: If you pull on our ears, newspapers of year's past will come spilling out of us. Don't test this.

If only that poor soul had been wearing his Milk-Hat...
Well, now that I've covered the weird bodies of cartoonists and the healing powers of Milk-Hats, I can finally tell you my newest startling revelation. A few months ago, I mentioned that the PunderStruck anthology was in the works. Like always, I way overpromised and said I'd have it ready in two months. Well, I'm only 3 months off! That's right, after months of work, the anthology is on the horizon! I already have my test copy finished, so now it's just about printing more and adding the finishing touches. Everyone who's already subscribed to my mailing list will get a digital copy (once the book is ready), and once it's finished, I'll set up an order form if anyone wants a physical copy.
Wow, that's a big chunk of text I just created. Unfortunately it's the last chunk for this post.
Adios!
